We usually make something fresh to sell every week;

• Fruit Salad                 10p
• Milkshakes                varies
• Popcorn                     15p
• Scones                       15p
• Muffins                        15p
• Soup                           10p
• Smoothies                 varies
• Biscuits                      10p

Prices can vary. Sorry but prices are being reviewed to keep up with cost prices.
As tuck shop managers we make a rota for tuck shop helpers and arrange for people to bake or prepare the fresh goods each week.  We have a folder which we keep up to date.  It contains a menu plan of what we are going to make each week for the whole term, a price list, recipes,  the questionairres we sent out to pupils and parents and a balance sheet.
 
Every week we have to make a list of what we need to buy, price things to ensure we don't make a loss, count the money, pay for the shopping, keep a spreadsheet of what profit/loss we make each week and the balance of money in the pot. In addition we make a chart to show profit and put it up on display on the notice board.
